What does AI training for a team actually cover?

The short answer

Useful AI training runs on your own work rather than on examples. Ours covers Claude and Claude Code — fundamentals, connectors, Projects, Artifacts, Skills, and Cowork — then builds on them: the task that eats each person's week, fixed live. Everyone leaves with a helper configured for their role, the automations behind it, and a written playbook the company keeps.

The tools we teach

Claude and Claude Code, because they are what we build with for clients. Fundamentals come first — what the model is actually doing, where it fails, and how to tell a good answer from a plausible one — and then the parts that make work repeatable: connectors into the systems the work already lives in, Projects that hold your documents and standing instructions, Artifacts that turn an answer into something the team can use, and Skills that package a process you repeat so it runs the same way every time.

Cowork comes after that, for longer multi-step work handed to an agent while your team does something else, together with the human checkpoint that belongs in front of it. Then we build: the day-to-day helpers each person needs for their own week, and the custom automations — tools and workflows that run triggered or scheduled, connected to your systems, logged, and loud when they fail.

What it does not cover

A history of the technology, a tour of five products, and a discussion of where this is all heading. That material is interesting and it changes nothing on Monday, which is the only day that counts.

It also does not hand everyone a blank chat window and call it enablement. A blank text box is a spreadsheet program with no spreadsheet in it.

What people leave with

An assistant configured for their actual job: what it knows, what it drafts, and what it is never allowed to decide. A prompt library written in your language rather than a generic pack. A written playbook a new hire can follow.

That last one is the difference between training and an event. The usual outcome of AI adoption is one enthusiastic employee doing impressive things and everyone else opening the app twice, and the playbook is what keeps the capability with the company.

Where judgment stays

We are direct about how these tools fail: confident wrong answers, invented figures, and a slow drift in tone that nobody catches until a customer does. Every workflow built in the sessions carries a checkpoint before anything reaches a customer.

Teams that learn the failure modes early are the ones still using this in a year. Teams that were only shown the good demos stop the first time it embarrasses them.
