Strategy consulting with the builders in the room
Bracey Skyway Partners is a Buffalo, NY strategy consulting firm for owner-operated and mid-market companies. We work with owners and executives on growth planning, go-to-market, digital transformation, and AI adoption, and you leave with a sequenced plan: named owners, milestones, and the two or three numbers that prove it is working. The same partners can then build what the plan calls for.
Strategic Consulting, piece by piece.
Growth planning, go-to-market, and digital transformation — decided with the people who will build it.
Strategic Growth Planning
We pressure-test where revenue actually comes from, then build a 12–24 month plan with named owners, milestones, and the handful of numbers that show it is working. Most engagements start by rebuilding the operating picture — pipeline, margin by service line, crew or staff capacity — so the next decision stops being a guess.
Go-to-Market Strategy
We define the offer, the buyer, and the proof, then put all three in front of the market: pricing, positioning, sales materials, and the follow-up sequence that runs after the first conversation. For a new service line we test the message with real prospects before you spend on a launch or a hire.
Digital Transformation Roadmaps
We map how work moves through your company today — every handoff, spreadsheet, and shared inbox — and sequence what gets replaced first by payback, not by novelty. The roadmap names the systems, the order, the cost to run each phase, and who on your team owns it.
AI Readiness & Adoption Strategy
We audit your data, workflows, and risk tolerance to find the few places AI earns its keep — usually intake, drafting, classification, and reporting. Then we set the guardrails: what stays human-reviewed, what gets logged, and how you will know in ninety days whether it paid off.
How an engagement runs.
We start by mapping how the business actually runs today, every handoff, spreadsheet, and shared inbox, then agree with you on what is worth changing first. Most engagements rebuild the operating picture before anything else, because the next decision is only as good as the numbers in front of it.
The output is a plan your team can run without us: each initiative with an owner, a milestone, and a number that shows whether it is working. Where the plan calls for software or automation, the partners who wrote it can build it, which keeps the advice honest. We do not recommend what we cannot build.

- Jacey Ferro brings a background in healthcare leadership and patient experience: clinical operations, sales leadership, and patient engagement.
- Matthew Ryan serves as CTO of WNY Moving and co-founded Semres, a multi-tenant SaaS platform for the moving industry, so technology strategy comes from someone who runs it.
Bracey Skyway built 4.0 Storage a brand-new website, an internal admin portal, and the email and marketing automation that runs our day-to-day operations. They pulled our financials and processes into one clear view, then rebuilt the whole thing to scale — we're now expanding without the operational drag we used to feel.
Bracey Skyway took the manual work slowing WNY Moving down and turned it into automated infrastructure. They broke our business down into clear processes and rebuilt them with scale in mind. We're moving faster, with fewer mistakes, and finally have real headroom to grow.
Questions
What comes up first in almost every conversation about this work, answered by the partners who do it.
What does Bracey Skyway Partners actually do?
We do two things that usually live at different firms: we advise on strategy — growth planning, go-to-market, digital transformation, AI adoption — and then we build the software and automation that carry it out. A typical engagement starts by mapping how your business runs today and ends with systems your team uses every day. When a company needs the operator rather than the project, the same partners take a fractional executive seat and run the sales and AI training that goes with it. The people who write the plan are the people who write the code.
How long does a project take, and how do you price it?
Strategy engagements typically run four to eight weeks. Build work moves in two-week increments, with something usable in your hands inside the first month and most first releases landing between eight and sixteen weeks. Defined scope is quoted as a fixed fee; ongoing build and support runs on a monthly retainer, and you will know which one applies before we start.
