Thirty minutes, one clear next step.
A first meeting is a working conversation, not a pitch. Tell us where things stand — the goal, the bottleneck, what’s already running — and we’ll tell you what we would do about it.
You’ll meet a partner, not an account manager. Bring the messy version; we’ll do the sorting.
How the thirty minutes runs
- 01
Where things stand — the goal, the bottleneck, and what is already running: the systems, the spreadsheets, the person who stays late.
- 02
What we would do about it — the first thing we would build or fix, roughly scoped, and what it would change in your week.
- 03
Whether it is a fit — and if it is not, you still leave with a straight answer and a next step you can run yourself.
Who you’ll meet
A partner — strategy and healthcare, commercial and sales leadership, or software and automation, matched to whatever you bring — not an account manager reading from a script. Come with numbers, a spec, or nothing but a hunch; thirty minutes is enough to be useful either way.
Meetings run over video from Buffalo, New York. If the times shown don’t work, email matt@braceyskyway.com and we’ll find one that does.
