Sales and AI training for hospitality teams

Bracey Skyway Partners, in Buffalo, NY, trains hospitality groups and corporate training teams on their own work: sales training on the real pipeline of group and event bookings, and hands-on AI training on Claude and Claude Code. Then we build the scheduling, onboarding, and knowledge-base tools that keep the gains after the last session.

What we build

The systems, named.

Sales & AI Training Programs

Two live programs teams usually take together: sales training on your real pipeline — group and event bookings, upsells, pricing conversations, call coaching — and AI training where staff bring the proposals, schedules, and correspondence that eat their week. Everyone leaves with prompts, a playbook, and a manager cadence that keeps the habits after the sessions end.

Staff Workflow Automation

Scheduling, onboarding, checklists, and shift handoffs move out of paper and group chats into systems that notify the right person. Managers get exception alerts instead of a stack of forms to read.

Internal Tools & Knowledge Bases

A single place for procedures, menus, vendor terms, and training material — searchable, and answerable by AI chat grounded in your own documents. New hires stop asking the same five questions on every shift.

Track record

Work you can point at.

  • Matthew Ryan runs the AI training with a Claude specialization: live sessions built around a team's real work, with custom agents per role and reference guides the team keeps using.
  • Jacey Ferro leads the sales training, where the material comes from her own pipeline rather than a course catalog.

Let’s put a plan — and a build — behind your next move.
